Private Chef:

Daron’s private chef service allows you to nourish your life with delicious, hand-made cuisine at a tasteful price. Why eat frozen foods laden with chemicals and preservatives or fast foods that don’t cater to your health and vitality, when you can enjoy savory palate- and diet-specific meals prepared just for you to enjoy from the comfort of your home? With Daron in the kitchen, you can reclaim the time you now spend grocery shopping, cooking, and cleaning and re-focus your energy on what’s important to you – whether it’s spending time with your family or relaxing after a long day at work — all for about the same price you would spend eating out on a monthly basis.

Daron is committed to meeting the specific dietary needs and preferences of his clients. After a personal consultation, he will develop a menu that is perfect for you. Upon your approval of the menu, he will arrange a cooking day in your kitchen.

Daron will then leave one week’s worth of prepared meals in the refrigerator or the freezer with reheating instructions. From there, simply choose and enjoy.

Daron prepares a wide variety of dishes using only the best ingredients sourced from local farms and specialty markets (primarily organic and seasonal), seeking out the freshest products available for purchase. He specializes in Pan-Americana, yet is skilled in many different styles of cuisine including Mexican, Asian, Italian, Spanish, Nouvelle American (notably the American South) and French. Intimate Catering:

Whether you’re hosting a private dinner for two or an elegant reception for 50, Daron offers unforgettable catering experiences for an intimate number of guests. He specializes in providing in-home events (including clean-up) or can recommend a venue perfect for almost any situation. Daron’s specialty is bringing personalized attention to each client as well as food so delicious it will charm your guests, allowing you to shine as a host or hostess.

Daron wants your intimate gathering to be a unique and special event – whether elegant, casual, organic, ethnic, or even vegan – simply share your vision and he will bring it to life. A distinctly personal touch is all part of the difference you will experience using a small, artisan-style caterer.

Consultant:

At some point in their operations, most restaurant and bar owners will either retain or work with a consultant on a project. As an executive chef and longtime kitchen manager, Daron Wiemeyer primarily consults in the areas of
concept development, kitchen organization, menu consultation/design, recipe development, kitchen staff retraining, lowering of food & labor cost, necessary equipment purchases, and restaurant interior design.

Food service establishments benefit from consultation at varying stages. They consist of:
